  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Processing time for orders is usually 3-5 working days, as our products are always made to order.

    Is there a cut-off time?

    Yes - orders made before 12pm will be processed the following day.

    My product looks different to the image on here, why is that?

    All products will be made to order and each one goes through a unique process, so designs may vary. However, be assured that we put much love and care into every product we create for you!

  • How much is the delivery charge?

    That entirely depends on which option you choose, of which there are two:

    • Royal Mail Second Class - £3.95

    • Royal Mail First Class - £5.95

    We only deliver to the UK mainland. International shipping is not currently available.

  • My product was damaged by Royal Mail, what can I do?

    We're unable take responsibility for products that have been damaged in transit. In instances similar to this, we would recommend contacting Royal Mail customer service.

    I wish to return my product, can I do this?

    Yes - returns are accepted if:

    • The product has not been used and

    • The refund has been requested within 30 working days.
